Whether you prefer a traditional full-time load or need space for family, travel, or other passions, we’ll work with you to build a rhythm that fits. And if life changes? Your schedule can, too.

Giving back is part of our ethos. We’re deeply connected to local organizations like Women in Motion, where our owner is a certified mentor, supporting young women as they grow into careers and leadership roles. We also offer free haircuts to veterans and their families, paired with a warm meal and big hearts. And each year, our team donates their talent to High Point Fashion Night Out, a charity fashion show where we handle all hair and makeup for dozens of models.
Education
Growth never stops, and neither does our support.
We are committed to ongoing, elevated education. Every 6–8 weeks, we host in-salon classes, from product knowledge to advanced cutting, color, extensions, and more. These are always free to our team. Stylists can also attend Aveda Institute trainings or online programs, and each team member gets to request a custom class during our quarterly “Happiness Meetings.” Want to be a mentor? You can. Prefer to receive one-on-one coaching? We’ll make it happen.
