Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time or a charge equal to half of the service cost will be applied to your next appointment.
Refund & Gift Card Policy
We have an exchange only, no refund policy: Unused products may be exchanged for any other product. No refunds for services or products. Gift cards are final sale—they are non-returnable or refundable for cash.
